A high viscosity, no clean flux specially formulated for PCB, BGA, and PGA rework—particularly for soldering and reballing of computer and phone chips.

Described as comprised of a mixture of high?quality alloyed powder and resinbased pasty flux, designed to avoid pale yellow residue.

Highlighted for its excellent immersion, high strength joints, and ease of post?process removal (“easy to peel off with hands or tweezers”), leaving no residue.

Claimed to be non?toxic, non?corrosive, highly insulative, with good insulation and a smooth welding surface. Moreover, it’s said not to deteriorate or dry out, nor cause oxidation of gold, copper, phosphorus, bronze, etc., and to prevent contamination during assembly.
